Every order ships out frozen and is packed in a reusable grocery bag that will keep your bottles until it arrives at your house. Please refrigerate the bottles immediately!

While we don’t often see damaged packages, if yours arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can sort things out and get you a replacement.

Tastes great but packing ad is misleading

There’s no doubt this coconut water is of high quality and tastes great!

However, the advertised images of the product indicates it would be shipped in a zippered cooler bag. Honestly, that’s what caught my attention; so, it was disappointing the package did not arrive in a zippered cooler bag. I have bought at least 3 boxes (directly from RA Beverages and Amazon); none arrived in a zippered cooler bag. I think it’s best not to advertise the package shipping in a zippered cooler bag if that’s not the case as this can down consumer expectation.

Regarding, I still rate this product 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve tried all the grocery store ones, several organic ones from Amazon and this one is by far the best. My only criticism is that it should be sold in larger bottles. The 8oz are just way too small. I liked the 16oz when they were available but I would prefer a liter or 32oz bottle
