Coconut Is A Perishable Item. 
We are not responsible for orders once they arrive to the customer's address. We package our products to remain cold until it arrives at your door, so please refrigerate immediately upon receiving.

To Initiate A Return:
Please contact our customer service team hello@drinkRa.com to make your request. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

For Damaged Or Defective Items
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of the item to initiate a return or exchange. We may require photo documentation of the damage or defect before approving the return or exchange.
