A little sweetness,

Before a coconut grows, the palm begins to blossom. The sap collected from those blossoms becomes coconut flower nectar.

Coconut flower sap naturally contains minerals and amino acids. We use its nectar for a gentle sweetness that lets the tropical fruit flavors come through.
